Consultant (Data Protection)

We are seeking a consultant to help us with our data protection work. We have two specific interests: firstly data protection enforcement and the regulator; and secondly, political parties’ use of personal data. If you have a particular interest in either of these, we would like to hear from you.

Rate: £250-£400 a day depending on experience

What we’re looking for

We are particularly interested in responding to questions around how the ICO responds to enforcement challenges, the efficacy of different sanctions. We need 1 days work reviewing a document. On political parties’ use of data, we need 1-2 days work from a consultant to review the current issues.

Ideally, you will have experience drafting consultation responses or other policy documents and track record of creating evidence based policy submissions to a high standard.
