Cancelled – ORG Brighton: Leafletting Lib Dem Conference

Please note this event has been cancelled due to the national period of mourning that the country is observing.

Help us to ‘Stop Data Discrimination’ – We will be outside the Liberal Democrat’s annual conference campaigning against the Government’s proposed Data Protection and Digitial Information Bill aka the Data Discrimination bill.

Government plans to scrap GDPR privacy laws with their Data Protection and Digital Information Bill. This will unleash data discrimination against workers, children, students and vulnerable groups like migrants, victims of violence and minorities.

We will be alerting politicans and conference delegates to the risks this bill poses by distributing leaflets. After the leafletting session we will be able to head off and grab a coffee to discuss the campaign and future ORG Brighton events.

We will be distributing leaflets for a couple of hours. So please come along, wear some comfy shoes, a, ORG t-shirt (if you have one) and lend a hand!
