Japan trade agreement could mean more “A level” style debacles
Reacting to the conclusion of the Japan-UK Trade Agreement, Matthew Rice, trade lead at Open Rights Group said:
“The Agreement apparently prevents algorithms being routinely checked.
“Having watched what happened with A-level results when algorithms go wrong, we should not be making it really hard to know how these systems operate.
“Outrageously, the text of the trade agreement has still not been published. This is unacceptable. It must be made public immediately to allow for public clarity and scrutiny”
