Rowan Hirst

Rowan is student of Philosophy, Politics and Economics at the University of Leeds. He joined ORG as the local organiser for West Yorkshire in 2023, aiming to inform and assist others in campaigning for digital rights. An interest in technology has resonated with Rowan from a young age, however he believes our right to privacy must be respected as technology rapidly advances. He aspires to pursue his concerns with a career in public policy. Rowan is currently undertaking a research project at the Ditchley Foundation and will later join Leeds-based firm CRSI as a Research Analyst.
